Mr. Nakase received his law degree from California Western School of Law and his B.A. degree from The Univerisity of California Santa Barbara. While at California Western, he was Secretary of the Business Law Society and Vice President of Amnesty International. Mr. Nakase speaks Mandarin, Cantonese, and Vietnamese.

Mr. Nakase practices in the fields of international business transactions, personal injury, and civil rights. Further, Mr. Nakase areas of expertise include real estate transaction disputes. Mr. Nakase is known for his creative and aggressive methods of resolving disputes. Because not all disputes are resolved without judicial proceeding, Mr. Nakase had successfully litigated millions of dollars.
